The club began in 1997, and has over 80 members, mostly in
the UK, but also in various countries, including Belgium, Ireland, New Zealand, and USA.
We have close links with the German Bella IG, and we are an
alternative for English speakers. We keep in touch by means of a quarterly colour newsletter, full of pictures, stories, anything
Bella. We also have a spares/sales section.
In the UK we are widely scattered so do not have a 'social
scene'. Our 'Big Day' is the annual gathering at Stanford Hall, near the junction of the M1 and M6. It is well signed
and easy to find.
The 10th Anniversary Meet was a great success.
Over the two days we had 27 Bellas on show, in all stages of restoration. We had never seen
so many together in one place.
The weather was good, Saturday plenty of sunshine and Sunday just a few spots of rain.
The general concensus was that most of the members wanted the 2008 event to be two
days also.
